Stratos Cloud was founded on a single observation: large organizations were drowning in disconnected data, repetitive manual workflows, and security tools that were obstacles rather than enablers. We built Stratos to be the platform that eliminates that friction.

We're headquartered at 100 Mission St in San Francisco, with engineering offices in Austin, Toronto, and London. Our 1,400 employees serve customers across 47 countries from 18 global infrastructure regions.

U.S. Federal Government
Stratos is FedRAMP Moderate authorized, enabling federal agencies and government contractors to run sensitive workloads on our platform with confidence in our security posture.
HIPAA Compliant
U.S. Department of Health & Human Services
Our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) covers healthcare customers who need to process or store Protected Health Information (PHI) on the Stratos platform. Available on Enterprise tier.

Nine years. One mission.
2015
Alexandra Reed and David Kim co-found Stratos Cloud in San Francisco. First product: the Workflow Engine, built for mid-market operations teams.
2016
Closed $12M Series A led by Sequoia Capital. Hired first 40 employees and launched the Data Fabric module.
2018
Reached 1,000 enterprise customers. Launched the Security Layer and achieved SOC 2 Type II certification — one of the fastest attainments in our tier.
2019
Priya Nair joins as COO. Closed $85M Series B. Launched Customer Success org and expanded to European data centers.
2021
Achieved FedRAMP Moderate authorization. Expanded global infrastructure to 18 regions across 5 continents. Crossed $100M ARR.
2022
Launched Real-Time Analytics module. Reached 8,000 enterprise customers. Named to Forbes Cloud 100 for the first time.
2024
Crossed 12,000 enterprise customers in 47 countries. Crossed $200M ARR. Maintained 99.99% uptime SLA for the third consecutive year.
